A brief overview of the whole process of commercializing an invention with practical examples, Nina Dremelj, Business Angels SloveniaUsing practical examples from domestic and foreign high-tech companies, you will learn about the steps and key milestones in commercializing an invention; from the start in the lab, to market entry, raising capital for expansion, and selling the company. You will be guided along the way by Nina Dremelj, who is considered the most active technology investor in Slovenia with her own venture capital fund and successful exits.
What you shouldn't overlook when setting up a company, Ambrož Arko, Nlaw
Setting up a legal entity, which is your main means of bringing your invention to market, is a complex task. It involves properly integrating the core team into the ownership structure, properly arranging all relationships with other IP rights holders, preparing the company for the entry of investors, and much more.
